Mountain Mayhem Bikes & Brews Festival

Southern California’s newest mountain bike park is set to open its doors on Sept. 28 & 29 at Mountain High Resorts in Wrightwood. The park’s initial phase features a single, beginner-friendly trail that winds through the West Resort.

There will be music, giveaways, a vendor village, and more.

They currently have one flowy, top-to-bottom, 2.5-mile easy trail and a quarter-mile of more difficult terrain that takes you on a fun and exhilarating tour of the West Resort. Completion of Phase 1 and Phase 2 in the Summer of 2025 will consist of 9 more trails equating to roughly 6 ½ additional miles of terrain varying from easy to most difficult. Phase 3 is scheduled to take place Spring of 2026 and consist of another 2 miles of more difficult to extremely difficult trails, also at its West Resort.

In addition to downhill trails, Mountain High plans to implement a Skills Park where guests can practice their technique on small, stationary features such as:

Wooden banks
Wooden platforms to small drops
Roller to a small jump

The SNEAK PEAK features a variety of activities and entertainment including

Tickets must be purchased in advance. Please note, there are no rentals beyond those available in the Vendor Village. Mountain Biking enthusiasts are encouraged to sign up for Mountain High’s weekly newsletter to receive updates on trail progress and opening dates.
