Ladies, would you like to feel more confident and prepared? The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is offering “Lady Be Aware” training this fall! This one-day program empowers women with the knowledge and skills to address potential threats.

Learn valuable strategies for staying safe at home, online, and out and about. The program also includes hands-on self-defense tactics and firearm introduction.

The course is open to women 16+ ($75 per person). Upcoming classes are on September 21, September 29 October 12 and October 26. All sessions run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 18901 Institution Road, Devore.
