Hesperia residents are invited to join the Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County for a low-income household water assistance workshop on Jan. 30 at Hesperia City Hall. Residents can visit from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to receive assistance with the application process. Residents may be eligible for a one-time benefit of up to $15,000 for bills accrued during any timeframe. Applicants must have the required documents to complete the application.
