Victor Valley Community Services Council invites High Desert seniors to participate in their new free Chair Yoga classes.

Chair Yoga offers benefits such as improved muscle strength, balance, and flexibility. It also has the potential to reduce chronic pain while enhancing mental health and overall strength.

Additionally, the sessions will include tips on healthy summer eating.

Reservations are required, and interested individuals can call 760-243-9646.
