The Phelan Pinon Hills Community Services District will host its free Summer Concert in the Park on Saturday, July 10, featuring the country/rock band, “Silverados.” The CSD is also hosting Classic Movies in the Park every Friday night at dusk, along with free dance lessons every Monday and Friday.
