Congratulations to Victor Valley Union High School District on another successful State of the District! Our team was pleased to join teachers, management, certificated staff and parents during this annual event, which highlighted the progress each of the district’s schools has made over the past year.
The program recognized multiple staff members and students who have made a difference, whether in academic achievement, teaching excellence, or exemplary work behind the scenes. One notable achievement: University Preparatory School was named among the top 25 schools in California last year, according to U.S. News and World Report.
The event also featured performances from the Victor Valley High School Drum Line, University Preparatory Madrigals, and the Adelanto High School Saints Band. Passed hors d’oeuvres were prepared and served by VVHS’ award-winning culinary students.
