High Desert residents are invited to join the San Bernardino County Fire Department for an Old Filter Recycle and Exchange event on November 13. Bring your Used Oil Filters to Recycle and Exchange for up to a $15 oil filter voucher to be redeemed at the Phelan AutoZone store! (One voucher per household). The event will take place from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at AutoZone, 4071 Phelan Road, Phelan. Bring up to 5 gallons of oil to recycle. Oil changing kits will be provided to the first 40 participants.
