The Today’s Woman Foundation Black Dress Affair Gala’s Women of Excellence Award was created to identify local women in the High Desert who have worked tirelessly, often breaking down barriers and overcoming obstacles that once seemed insurmountable, to serve their communities. It is through this Award that we honor these women and their accomplishments. This award was established in 2017 as part of the annual Black Dress Affair Gala celebration to honor the hard work and dedication of women leaders from across our High Desert.
