Perseid Meteor Shower Star Party

The Mojave Desert Heritage and Cultural Association is inviting the public to its Perseid Meteor Shower Star Party on August 12-13 in Goffs. Activities will include a BBQ, astronomy-themed silent auction, and guest speaker from NASA.
Guests are welcome to camp overnight at Goffs to watch the meteors. Cost is $25 per person (kids are free). Overnight camping is $50. All proceeds go toward the nonprofit organization.
