Lady Be Aware Self Defense Training

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s is hosting its next “Lady Be Aware” training.
This is a comprehensive one-day, 8-hour course aimed at empowering women with the attitude, skills, and knowledge needed for personal safety. This course covers a range of topics including cyber safety, home safety, situational awareness, and physical safety, teaching participants to recognize and respond to potential threats.
The training includes practical self-defense techniques and safe firearm handling. The course costs $75.
