National Recruiter Brian Goodman will discuss positions with Border Patrol. Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $61,965 to $117,896 per year. Newly appointed agents may also be eligible for a $20,000 incentive. The first $10,000 to be paid upon successfully completing the academy and the remainder to be paid in full after completing a three-year service agreement. New Agents accepting a hard to fill location will be eligible for an additional $10,000 (for a total of $30,000).
