High Desert Astronomical Society Star Party

The High Desert Astronomical Society (HiDAS) is hosting a public Star Party at 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13.
HiDAS is a nonprofit corporation that was formed in 1986 to provide trained, volunteer astronomers to operate and maintain the Lewis Center’s astronomical equipment. A second mandate is to foster and support the members’ and general public’s interest in the science of astronomy.
Events are subject to change and may be canceled due to poor weather or other factors. Parking is available in the Phoenix Academy parking lot or in front of AVCI off of Thunderbird Road.
