Free Chair Yoga

The Victor Valley Community Services Council invites senior community members to enjoy free Chair Yoga classes every other Tuesday, with the next session taking place from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on July 15.
Designed to be gentle and accessible, Chair Yoga offers a range of health benefits, including improved muscle strength, balance, and flexibility, as well as reduced chronic pain and enhanced mental well-being. Space is limited, and reservations are required. To reserve a spot, call 760-243-9646 Monday through Thursday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
