The Apple Valley Legacy Museum will mark its 10-year milestone with an Anniversary Weekend Celebration from April 11-13, centered at the historical museum.
Kicking off Friday at 4 p.m. with museum visits and porch gatherings, the event unfolds fully on Saturday, where a $20 dinner-and-entertainment package anchors the festivities. Doors open at 4 p.m., offering ticket sales for dinner and raffles, auction bidding, museum exploration, and photo opportunities.
Narrated historical hayrides roll out at 4 and 4:30 p.m., followed by a welcome from “Boni on the Keys” at 4:15 p.m. and dinner service starting at 4:45 p.m.. The evening features a skit, “The Apple Valley Town,” at 5:45 p.m., Western tunes by the High Desert Jammers with Swamp Water Fox Leo Eiffert at 6 p.m., and a sunset narrated historical ride at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are available for $20 at the AVLM promising a weekend steeped in High Desert heritage.
