28th Annual Veterans Day Celebration

The City of Victorville is inviting the community to celebrate its 28th Annual Veterans Day Celebration on November 11. The festivities kick off at 9 a.m. with a parade starting at the corner of 7th Street and Tracy, proceeding to the corner of 7th Street and Forrest Avenue. This will be followed by a moving ceremony honoring local veterans.

Community members are encouraged to participate in two ways. First, applications for parade participants and nominations for veterans to be honored during the ceremony are now open. Information and submission forms can be found on the City’s website with a deadline of October 13.

Secondly, the City is creating a special video tribute to veterans and welcomes anyone interested in participating to share their stories by emailing pio@Victorvilleca.gov
