High Desert Second Chance and Victor Valley Rescue Mission are hosting their “Thankful Thanksgiving” event again this year, providing turkey dinners to our most needy families. Sign ups are open through Nov. 13.
All applicants must show proof of California ID, current proof of address dated no less than 30 days (bank statement, utility bill or credit card statement), and proof of income for the past 30 days.
Victor Valley Rescue Mission is registering residents from Victorville, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Oro Grande and Barstow.
High Desert Second Chance is registering residents from Hesperia, Phelan, Pinon Hills, Oak Hills and LucerneValley.
