The County of San Bernardino Public Health is offering a free 10-week Tai Chi class for Helendale residents beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 30. Classes will be held from 10:15 – 11:15 a.m. at the Community Center, located at 26540 Vista Rd. Suite C., Helendale.
