Last Thursday, Team Cook participated in the Great ShakeOut, a yearly drill to practice how to protect ourselves during an earthquake.

Aside from knowing how to “Drop, Cover and Hold On,” it’s always good to have an earthquake “go bag” filled with such items as First Aid supplies, bottled water, flashlight, whistle, non-perishable food, and a battery-powered or hand crank radio.
