The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is offering its next “Lady Be Aware” training sessions on March 12 and 26, and April 9 and 30. This single-day, 8-hour course covers all types of safety — including cyber safety, home safety, situational awareness, and physical safety. Participants also get hands-on self-defense training, including the opportunity to shoot three different types of firearms. To register, email Ladybeaware@sbcsd.org.
