Swapping Mamas Clothing Swap and Closet is planning its Autumn Swap from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Sept. 26, providing weather-appropriate clothing for High Desert community members throughout the year.
The local nonprofit, founded by Lisa Anderson, has served the region since 2010. “Our swapping events are once a month, but sometimes more,” says Anderson. “We also have other events throughout the year such as back-to-school swaps, Halloween costumes, blankets and jackets, Thanksgiving basket giveaways, and Christmas toy swaps.”
The Autumn Swap will take place at 17537 Montezuma Street in Adelanto.
