A community fundraiser is planned in Yucca Valley on Sunday for San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Sgt. Dominic Vaca, who was tragically killed in the line of duty on Memorial Day.
The event is planned from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Hawk’s Landing Golf Club, located at 55100 Martinez Trail, Yucca Valley. The event will include live music, raffles, prizes, vendors and donations. Portions of the cafe and bar proceeds will go directly to the Vaca family.

Services for Sgt. Vaca will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 11, at the Glen Helen Amphitheater in San Bernardino.
