DESCRIPTION:Ladies\, would you like to feel more confident and prepared? The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is offering “Lady Be Aware” training this fall! This one-day program empowers women with the knowledge and skills to address potential threats. \nLearn valuable strategies for staying safe at home\, online\, and out and about. The program also includes hands-on self-defense tactics and firearm introduction.  \nThe course is open to women 16+ ($75 per person).
