DESCRIPTION:Seniors who reside in San Bernardino County and need supplemental food assistance may be eligible to participate in food distributions through the Senior Mobile Pantry program\, which is held the second Wednesday of every month. \nFood kits vary and may provide a selection of fruit\, juice\, vegetables\, milk\, cheese\, grains and protein. Participants should bring a grocery push cart for quick loading. \nIf you would like a free ride to the next monthly Senior Food Pantry Distribution\, call Victor Valley Community Services Council at 760-243-9646.

DESCRIPTION:Save the date for October 11\, when the IEHP Community Resource Center-Victorville hosts its free monthly CPR class. The training includes adult\, child and infant CPR; First Aid\, AED\, 2-Year AHA Certification; Same Day Certification. The class is open to ages 15 and up. \nThere are only 30 spots available for each class. Registration begins 1 hour before each class\, filled on a first-come\, first-served basis. \nA Spanish class follows at 1:30 p.m. the same day.
