DESCRIPTION:BLM is inviting the community to its Wild Horse and Burro Open House Adoption event in Trona on Saturday\, April 12. \nThe event will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 3647-A Randsburg Wash Road\, Trona. This event offers attendees the chance to adopt or simply meet these remarkable animals while spending a fun-filled day with family. A food truck will be on-site with items available for purchase. \nTo make the adoption process smoother\, prospective adopters are encouraged to submit their applications online beforehand at blm.gov/whbapplication\, though on-site approvals will also be offered. For those unable to attend\, additional events and online adoption options are available at BLM.gov/WHB\, with a minimum fee of $125. \nMore information can be found by contacting the U.S. Bureau of Land Management Wild Horse and Burro Program at 760-384-5490.
