DESCRIPTION:The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s is hosting its next “Lady Be Aware” training. \nThis is a comprehensive one-day\, 8-hour course aimed at empowering women with the attitude\, skills\, and knowledge needed for personal safety. This course covers a range of topics including cyber safety\, home safety\, situational awareness\, and physical safety\, teaching participants to recognize and respond to potential threats. \nThe training includes practical self-defense techniques and safe firearm handling.
